I know we live in backwards clown world now and nothing makes sense and everybody is acting weird. Thanks to Social 
media we seem to have created a society filled with insecure narcissists that are desperate to fit in, terrified of 
standing out, and who would never stand up for something or go against the group. People are constantly seeking validation
from others, from imaginary friends in their phones. It's pretty grim and has some pretty terrifying consequences,
but I'll get into that another day. 

If you've read any of my posts though I'm sure you'll know I hate the Woke mob for many very good reasons, but it has also
given me a laugh recently. When you focus on the Woke+Vegan mob you really have to appreciate what has been achieved 
and recognise just how far people have fallen. It's beautiful if I'm honest.

For a long time now it's been generally accepted that processed food is bad and should be generally avoided, and 
home-made food is good and we should try to eat more of it.  Despite knowing this we often ignore this knowledge and 
instead we consume far too much of the fast food, ready meals and take aways.  We knowingly trade health and nutrition 
in favour of convenience, because we're ~~busy~~ lazy.

You've probably heard the joke; "How do you know someone's a Vegan? They tell you!" 

Well one of the reasons they can't wait to tell you is because it makes them feel superior to you. It fires off a 
little dopamine hit and lets their narcissistic little brains feel all giddy. They feel great when they can do this 
face to face, or even better to a group but nothing and mean nothing feels better to one of these Woke arseholes than 
being able to broadcast it to the internet via social media. Oh the power.

They will excitedly inform you that no animals suffered and they will brag about how much healthier they 
feel because wait for it...their food is "plant based".

In a way I think they are right. I believe their food is "plant based". The plant being based in a near-by industrial 
estate. This is Vegan food but not in the traditional sense. No, this is what I find the most beautiful irony here. This 
food is merely heavily-processed, junk food. Mass-produced, chemical-laden, preservative filled products masquerading as
Vegan food. I don't care much for the food but this is delicious! 

Let's take a look at the ingredients at a popular "plant based" meat alternative product that seem all the rage with 
the Woke Vegan brigade right now.

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 Flour, Water, 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 Gluten, Mushroom, Fully Refined 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐧 Oil, 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚 Bean Meal, 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚 Flour, 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚 Protein Isolate, 
Corn Starch, Chilli (2.5%), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cornflour, Salt, Paprika Powder, Yeast, 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐝 Powder, 
Thickener: Methyl Cellulose; Raising Agents: Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates, Potassium Tartrates; Cane Sugar, 
Yeast Extract, Black Pepper, Smoke Flavouring, White Pepper, 𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚 Bean, Herbs And Spices, 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭, 
Emulsifier: Polysorbate 80; Colour: Riboflavins

So what's bad for you out of this lot?

* Soybean Oil, Soyabean Meal and Soya Flour - Not good when heavily processed like this
* Methyl Cellulose - Not even digestible and often found in cosmetic products. Yummy!
* Mustard Powder - You probably don't want to consume too much of this, unless you like abdominal pains, diarrhea, and gut inflammation
* Sodium Carbonates - Can lead to respiratory tract irritation, coughing, shortness of breath, and pulmonary edema
* Polysorbate 80 -  Found to cause Colon cancer

I don't know about you but to me this does not seem to be the health food Cornucopia these Vegan types like to preach 
that it is...

This product isn't a one-off either. Go look at the ingredients on any of these meat alternatives. They are all awful.
I wouldn't put these products in my body if they gave them away for free.

They might not be healthy, but they sure do give you that self-righteous feeling that you're morally superior to others 
and that's what matters right?
